◆构建覆盖全省及港澳地区的大广东虚拟软件园，成为国内外知名的项目孵化及研发基地。
Objective
◆ Establish promotion and application service platform for national 863 project's technological results, industrialization base for 863 project's results in the field of embedded technology, incubator base for enterprises and projects of information home applicants, telecommunication, industrial control automobile and electronics in the embedded technology field.
◆ Establish generic technology support system and related industrial service platform, and become the support and service platform of Guangdong province for generic technology.
◆ Establish Guangdong virtual software park which covers the province, Hong Kong and Macau , and become project incubating and R&D base renowned within and abroad.
