广东软件科学园、国家 863 软件专业孵化器广东基地已建成网络数据通信服务中心、广东省软件共性技术实验室、广东软件评测中心等技术资源及服务机构，配套有良好的网络通信基础设施、先进的主机服务器及数据存储管理设备，同时还配套有较齐全的软件开发 / 测试工具、软件开发过程管理工具、基于 J2EE 的中间件软件开发及运行平台、嵌入式行业软件开发平台 / 测试平台等，已为二百多家入园企业及珠三角企业提供基于系列开发服务实验室及基于远程网络（ WEB 或 VPN 接入方式）等多种方式服务。
The Feature of the R&D Environment
GSSP and the Guangdong Base of National 863 Software Professional Incubator have established a whole set of technical resources and multi-service agencies, namely the network data communication service center, Guangdong software common technology laboratory, Guangdong software accessing center etc. There are well-equipped network communication infrastructure, advanced host computer server and data storing management facilities, as well as complete software developing and testing tools, software developing management tools, middleware and software developing and running platform, flush type industry software developing platform and testing platform, etc. There have been various services---including based-on series developing service laboratory, based-on remote network WEB or VPN switch-in and so on---provided for more than 200 enter-park enterprises and the enterprises in the Pearl River Delta.
